The property, located between 75 Via Ravà and 8 Via Casalinuovo, has a portico on pilotis and five upper floors, the last of which is a usable terrace that hosts a garden serving the property.
THE PROJECT
Renovation of the Hi Green Business Terrace Complex located at Via Casalinuovo No. 8/10 – Rome. The aim was to upgrade the property in both aesthetic and functional terms: a complete renovation of the interior and exterior spaces. The roof was transformed into a space with flower beds and terraces serving the offices.
